ISOLOG SCHOOLS  18TH VALEDICTORY AND PRIZE GIVING CEREMONY 2016/2017 SESSION

The valedictory and prize giving ceremony took place on Friday, 14th July, 2017 at the Rachel’s Hall (school Hall) which was filled with proud and enthusiastic family and friends, who came to celebrate with the graduating students. Tellmystory.com.ng was there to celebrate with them too.

 

Speaking at the valedictory ceremony, the chairman/CEO of the school, Engineer Isaac Ogundipe reminded parents of the school’s vision  to become one of the best and topmost private schools in Nigeria through impartation of unparalleled values characterized by honesty, moral-uprightness, academic excellence and fear of God. He encouraged parents to support the school’s drive in imparting moral, academic and spiritual discipline in the students which will help them to become successful in life.

In Chairman’s speech, he reiterated the importance of the engagement and involvement of parents in the education of their children.  He said  research has shown that when parents are involved in the education of their children, the children will perform better academically and socially.

He used the opportunity to showcase the school’s past achievements in both WAEC and NECO where some students of the school recorded great results.

He said Justine Nwaoha Ifeanyi of Isolog College Ojodu emerged overall best student in 2014/2015 WAEC and NECO SSCE in Lagos State.

Miss Blessing Oluwatosin Adetula of Isolog College Campus Akute emerged as the First Placed Candidate at June/July, 2016 NECO SSCE in Ogun State.

This same position was achieved in 2015  by Taofeek Adelaja of the same College.

Prize Giving Award Ceremony

Scholarships and awards were given to  the best pupil/student from pre-basic, basic, JSS and SS classes. The high point of the ceremony was the award of scholarships to two most outstanding students of the year.

In chairman’s speech, “It’s our style to celebrate success and outstanding performances every academic year apart from scholarship awards to students and pupils with best annual class performance. This year, we want to recognize the following students who demonstrated outstanding academic ability during the year”.

  1. Oyebola Ebunoluwa Ayooluwa (Best JSCE result 2015/2016 session)

He scored distinctions in all his 14 subjects in Junior NECO and 14 distinctions in Lagos State JSCE.
